Accessories
Reuther-Systems provides you with all the accessories you need to apply adhesives economically and precisely. These include, in particular, glue distributors, hot melt hoses, cold glue hoses, glue pressure regulators, rotary encoders, reflex light scanners and numerous brackets for mounting the glue valves.
Hotmelt hoses
Heated high-pressure hoses are available with numerous internal diameters, various connection fittings and lengths. The outer insulation consists of either a plastic braid, a corrugated hose or a splash-proof jacket.
High pressure hoses
High-pressure hoses are available with numerous internal diameters, various connection fittings and lengths. The outer insulation consists of a robust stainless steel braid.
Material pressure regulator
Automatic material pressure regulators adjust the glue pressure according to the current machine speed. This ensures uniform glue application at varying machine speeds.
Glue spreader
Glue distributors are used to distribute the cold glue to several glue valves.
