The tank melters and bag melters produced by Reuther-Systems in Germany are used for melting and conveying hotmelt adhesives such as EVA adhesives, polyurethane adhesives (PUR), polyamide adhesives, polyester, polyolefins, etc. Our devices process hot melt adhesives in various industrial and manufacturing processes. The hot melt systems are also characterized by their compact design and reliable performance. The interaction of our system components is perfectly coordinated and enables optimum and resource-saving production.
Modular Expandability
Our technology enables extremely cost-effective and demand-driven system configuration. Therefore, Reuther-system melting devices can be integrated at a later date to be flexible in your existing production system.
Connecting to components from other manufacturers
Thanks to our in-house production, it is possible to establish the mechanical and electrical connection between Reuther Systems melting equipment and all components from other manufacturers.
Of course, we also provide maintenance and service for systems from other manufacturers and are happy to supply you with the spare parts you need. True to the motto: Everything from a single source!
